3 Kraken Daily Market Report for October 16 2020


  • Total spot trading volume at $202.8 million and total futures notional at $120.0 million.
  • Filecoin, on its second day on the exchange, was the ninth most traded coin of the day with $3.8 million in trades. Also doing well were Uniswap ($0.6 million) and Yearn ($0.3 million). Although File coin had large trading volume, it had -29% returns on the day; Uniswap and Yearn performed slightly better with -1.1%, and -5.8% returns, respectively.
  • Many cryptos had double-digit losses today. Waves (+9.6%) and Stellars (+6.5) countered those losses.
